Repeat buyers across Shopify drops

Find the people who returned across launches, even when a simple order count hides the pattern. Separate repeated participation from multiple checkouts during the same release.

Choose a comparable window

Review two to five named drops and document which orders belong to each. A long preorder window and a one-day launch offer different opportunities to buy, so record that difference.

Read participation, not just frequency

Sample R-014 participates in three releases. Sample R-028 places three orders in only the latest release. Both may deserve attention, but only the first demonstrates cross-drop return in this window.

Build the first audience

Use a two-or-more reviewed-drop rule for Drop Loyalists. Exclude uncertain identities until reviewed, and check marketing permission in the sending platform before inviting anyone.

Measure a later return

Freeze the eligible cohort before the next release. Count how many of those buyers participate again; do not change the denominator after seeing the result.

Before you begin

Can I explore this without installing?

Yes. The sample report explains the workflow, and qualified brands can request an audit without Shopify login or app installation.

Will this automatically launch a campaign?

No. Recommendations and sample interactions do not send messages or change your store. Configure and verify your actual workflow in the app and sending platform.
