How is this different from my Shopify customer list?+
Shopify tracks transactions per order. Retinue resolves buyer identity across drops, even when they use different emails or checkout as a guest. That gives you the real picture of who your repeat buyers are.
Do I need Klaviyo?+
No, but it helps. Retinue works standalone to build tiers and perks. Connecting Klaviyo lets you send tier-based emails and sync segments automatically.
