Install Retinue from the Shopify App Store, complete the onboarding flow, and configure your first drop. Retinue starts ingesting orders automatically.
Buyer Graph
The buyer graph resolves customer identity across drops using email normalization, guest checkout patterns, and gift order detection. You can view each buyer's cross-drop purchase history in the Buyers tab.
Tiers
Create custom tier rules based on drop count, total spend, or recency. Tiers update automatically as new orders come in. Use tiers to gate early access, generate discount codes, and trigger Klaviyo flows.
Klaviyo Integration
Connect your Klaviyo account in the Klaviyo tab. Retinue syncs tier changes as Klaviyo events and maintains a segment for each tier. Your API key is encrypted at rest.
Perks & Discounts
Create early-access windows and automatically generate Shopify discount codes for eligible buyers. Perks are scoped to specific drops and tiers.
Subscription Boxes
Curate product selections for your top-tier buyers and offer them as subscription boxes through Shopify Selling Plans.
