Cross-drop buyer graph

An order tells you what sold. A buyer history tells you who returned. Connect named releases to make participation visible before you choose your next audience.

Start with the right inputs

Define each drop by its products and launch context, then review the relevant Shopify orders. A capsule and its restock may represent different buying opportunities: decide that boundary before comparing buyers.

Follow one buyer through three releases

Illustrative buyer R-014 purchased the First Release, Next Capsule and Latest Drop. Three orders within one release would still count as one participating drop. The graph keeps those two ideas separate.

Keep uncertainty visible

Guest checkout and changed contact details can create candidate matches. Review ambiguous identities before merging or granting benefits. A connection is evidence to inspect, not a promise of perfect identity resolution.

Use the next order

The installed app processes new order activity into buyer history. An audit is a bounded review of an export; it does not remain connected to your store. Review drop definitions and ingestion status when results look incomplete.

Before you begin

Can I explore this without installing?

Yes. The sample report explains the workflow, and qualified brands can request an audit without Shopify login or app installation.

Will this automatically launch a campaign?

No. Recommendations and sample interactions do not send messages or change your store. Configure and verify your actual workflow in the app and sending platform.
