Retinue and Klaviyo

Bring buyer history into lifecycle messaging with an explicit mapping. An audit supplies recommended rules; an installed and configured integration is a separate workflow.

Profile mapping in the app

The current client defines retinue_tier, drops_bought, lifetime_spend and next_drop_access_at. Email identifies the profile. Inspect these values in your configured account before relying on them for a live segment.

Events and delivery boundaries

The queue worker upserts retinue_tier, drops_bought and lifetime_spend, then emits Tier Unlocked for a buyer with an email and a configured key. next_drop_access_at and the Release Live, Box Renewal Upcoming, Box Shipped and GDPR Data Request event names are declared in the client, but this worker does not populate or emit them. Confirm account delivery before activating flows.

An illustrative handoff

Use drops_bought of at least 2 as the starting rule for a loyalist audience, then add your consent and suppression conditions inside Klaviyo. Preview the audience and message before scheduling.

No connection from this website

The demo shows sample mappings only. Do not enter a private API key in an audit request. Integration setup belongs inside the authenticated app.

Before you begin

Can I explore this without installing?

Yes. The sample report explains the workflow, and qualified brands can request an audit without Shopify login or app installation.

Will this automatically launch a campaign?

No. Recommendations and sample interactions do not send messages or change your store. Configure and verify your actual workflow in the app and sending platform.
